Upon review of my steps taken so far I notice that the above webpage (where I got SetupProd_OffScrub.exe) only mentions "Office 365 Office 2019 Office 2016 Office 2013". I created a new Windows user on another system running MS-Office 2019 and was able to easily connect to exchange server. Download for Windows853. We certify that this program is clean of viruses, malware and trojans. We then purchased and installed MS-Office 2019 but Outlook still presents the same error when trying to connect to Exchange server. Outlook 2003, Word, Excel, Access were from other years. A computer system used to have several versions of MS-Office installed (including 2003, 2007, 2010). I'm not sure which forum to post my question.
